How much do our NDIS services cost?


Understanding the NDIS price guide is important as it can give you a better idea of the cost of different types of services and a breakdown of the different sections relating to that service.

The following tables are provided as a general guide for what is claimable in accordance with NDIS Price Arrangements and Price Limits. Additional costs such as establishment fees, provider travel, cancellation costs and services are not subject to capped prices. They are calculated on a by-case basis as specified in the Service Agreement between INSPYRECO and participants.

Lawn Care/General Household Maintenance

Covering lawn maintenance and care including mowing, trimming and weed control.




Covering household cleaning including mopping, vacuuming, general tidy-up of loose items.

NDIS Transport




Indicative rate charged per kilometer of travel is up to $0.99/km for non-modified vehicles and $2.76/km for accessibility modified vehicles. Other contributions include parking/tolls/public transport which can be claimed to full amounts, and also total transport time for direct support(s) provided. Please refer to the Important Points to Consider section for more information.




Transport fee which is only applicable if it is specified in the participant's support plan.This item is not subject to pricing limits, and is subject to the factors listed in the participant and provider Service Agreement.

Social Participation and Community Engagement











Support items enabling participants to engage in community, social and recreational activities (e.g. swimming, movie nights, café).







Capacity Building support for participants on daily activities including developing skills for public transport, community, recreational and social participation. Individual pricing also provided.




Support for participants to use new and innovative services within the community, if they are eligible for this support as per their support plan. This item is not subject to pricing limits, and is subject to the type of services utilised and other factors as per Service Agreement between participant and provider.








One off establishment fee for participants receiving support for social participation at a minimum of 20 hours per month for three or more consecutive months

Bulky Waste/Rubbish Removals (packaged with Lawn Care)

Services are aligned with multiple NDIS line items to ensure plan-managed customers have a cost-effective solution available for household clean-up and yard maintenance:

- House Cleaning And Other Household Activities (01_020_0120_1_1)
- Assistance with Domestic Activities (01_004_0107_1_1)
- House or Yard Maintenance (01_019_0120_1_1 )
- Assistance with Self-Care Activities (01_011_0107_1_1 )

Important Points to Consider

Based on the agreement between provider and participant(s), activities may have multiple lines of support associated with the service delivered, eligible for claim under the NDIS scheme.
